Endocrinology/Diabetes School Nurse Survey from Yale

You are invited to participate in a research study entitled " Assessing Screening Practices and Risk Factors for Type 1 Diabetes". The goal of this study is to assess school nurses’ knowledge on the risk factors and the development of type 1 diabetes. This survey includes an online questionnaire that is estimated to take 5 to 7 minutes. All of your responses will be kept anonymous. Your participation in this research is entirely voluntary.
